What is A LITTLE LOYALTY?

A membership program designed to acknowledge and celebrate our little community.

How do I join?

You will already be a member if you have had a little company experience. If not, simply book your next facial.

How do I redeem my points?

Can I redeem my points online?

What can I redeem my points on?

You can only redeem your points on Little Company facials. This includes Remedy and Ritual Facials, Pregnancy Ritual Facial and NANO treatments. You can also redeem your points on Little Company Facial Packages.

Can I redeem my points on products within the Skin Shop?

You cannot redeem your points on products however you are able to accrue points from products purchased.

Will my past purchases count toward my points?

Your loyalty points will be calculated from the launch of our membership program. All past purchases will not count towards your points.

Where can I see my points and rewdards balance?

You can see your Loyalty points balance in your Zenoti profile. Simply login here, navigate to your profile and select the Loyalty Points tab.

Does it cost me anything to join?

As someone who has previously experienced a Little Company, you are automatically included within A LITTLE LOYALTY. If you are yet to experience a Little Company facial, simply book your next appointment and we will include you within the membership program.
